Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Parcelwise collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, business name, slug, pricing rates.
- Lead data: homeowner name, phone number, and property address submitted through your estimator. This is stored on your behalf and made available to you.
- Usage data: estimate counts, request logs, and basic telemetry we need to operate the Service.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer id and subscription metadata — never card numbers.
How we use it
- To operate your estimator and deliver leads to you.
- To send transactional emails (lead notifications, billing).
- To improve the accuracy of our aerial measurement pipeline.
- To enforce our Terms and prevent abuse.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t sell lead data. Lead data is shown to the tenant (landscaping business) that owns the estimator the homeowner submitted to, and to nobody else.
Third-party services
We use: Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Replicate (AI inference on property imagery), Mapbox (satellite map rendering), the US Census Geocoder (address lookup), and OpenStreetMap (building footprints). These providers receive only the data required to perform their function.
Aerial imagery
We process publicly-available aerial imagery of a homeowner’s property to estimate lawn area. We don’t capture or store new imagery — we read what’s already publicly available from free satellite providers.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your account from the dashboard. You can request full deletion of your data via our contact form. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Homeowners
If a landscaping business sent you an estimator link and you want your submitted lead information removed, contact that business directly, since they control the lead data. If you can’t reach them, contact us via our contact form.
Security
Data is stored on Google Cloud Firestore with access restricted to the account owner and our server infrastructure. We use industry standard transport encryption. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected issues via our contact form.
Changes
We’ll post updates here and notify tenants by email of material changes.
