Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Parcelwise (“the Service”), a lawn-estimation tool provided by Parcelwise. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.

Subscription and billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription after an initial free trial. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse-engineering, no automated scraping beyond what the Service interface intends, no uploading of unlawful content, and no attempts to access accounts that aren’t yours. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Estimates

Lawn measurements produced by the Service are estimates derived from aerial imagery and machine-learning models. They are intended as a starting point for quoting, not as a substitute for a site visit or surveyor-grade measurement. You are responsible for pricing decisions you make based on these estimates.

Leads

Homeowner contact information captured through your estimator (“Leads”) is delivered to you. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM) when contacting Leads.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Parcelwise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your hosted estimator will be taken offline and your access to the dashboard will end, but we will retain leads and billing records as needed to comply with our legal obligations.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
